We have recently partnered with One Eye Industries to help provide solutions in filtering fluid to extend the life of the equipment we service!
Contaminants have been by far the number one reason for equipment breakdown and servicing. We deal with systems where the hydraulic controls are manufactured with incredibly tight tolerances. This allows for precise control and reliability in the operation of large and vital equipment. Unreliable operation or malfunctioning equipment can cause serious down time and safety issues. One major cause that we see when servicing these types of vital equipment is contaminants entering the critical areas of the controlling components or pumps that then lead to more disastrous equipment breakdown. It is recommended that even new hydraulic fluid be filtered before entering a system. Sometimes demanding operating conditions can completely overrun traditional filtering systems and allow contaminants to enter into these areas.
